Our firm works with our clients to develop a sound estate plan that avoids protracted legal proceedings that often turn contentious after a person dies.\u00a0 We also offer services for living wills and trusts, powers of attorney and health care proxies.<\/p>\n<p>Our firm provides estate planning and business succession planning services to individuals and families. Each client and family presents a unique set of personal and financial circumstances that require a carefully developed estate plan taking into consideration all of the issues that may arise given their financial and personal circumstances.
